2. Service Description

Dusty Box provides high-quality photo printing services using Kodak photo paper and a wet photo process. We do not provide physical boxes or any other products.

3. Order Process

3.1. You can place an order by uploading your chosen photos on our website.
3.2. No login or signup is required to place an order.
3.3. You must provide accurate delivery information and payment details.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

4.1. We respect your privacy and protect your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

4.2. Data Collection and Use:

• We collect your email address and postal address for order processing and customer service purposes.
• We do not collect or store your credit card information. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. (stripe.com)
• We do not store your photos after printing.

4.3. Data Storage:

• We store your postal address for 6 months after your order.
• We store your email address for up to 2 years.
• Your addess data is stored in an encrypted database to ensure its security.

4.4. Data Sharing: We do not sellor trade your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

4.5. Your Rights: You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Please contact us if you wish to exercise these rights.

4.6. Changes to Privacy Policy: We may update our privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in these Terms and Conditions.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.
5.2. Payment is required at the time of order.
5.3. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
5.4. Prices change from time to time and are updated once you select some photos.
5.5. September 2024 pricing is $1.49 per photograph developed.

6. Delivery

6.1. We process and ship all orders within New Zealand.
6.2. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

7. Quality and Refunds

7.1. We use high-quality Kodak photo paper and a wet photo process to ensure the best possible print quality.
7.2. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your prints, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

8. Copyright and Content

8.1. By submitting photos for printing, you confirm that you have the right to reproduce these images.
8.2. We reserve the right to refuse printing any content we deem inappropriate or illegal.

9. Donations

We donate 5% of each order to the SPCA in New Zealand. This donation is included in the price of your order.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. We are not responsible for the long-term storage or preservation of your photos.
10.2. Our liability is limited to the cost of your order.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check this page regularly for updates.
